Synopsis
Seventeen years after killing all but one member of a family, a violent serial killer known only as "The Sandman" is awaiting execution. Before his death, his jailers allow a minister to visit him to administer last rites, not realizing that the minister is a voodoo priest and an accomplice to the condemned man. The priest casts a curse on the Sandman, ensuring that when he is executed, his soul will transfer into a new body composed of sand. To break his connection to his past life and gain ultimate power, the Sandman must locate and kill a man named Griffin, the only survivor of the last family he murdered.
