Someone's Gaze
Synopsis
Aya Okamura has been working for two years and recently moved out on her own to take advantage of a job opportunity. With her mother employed overseas as a doctor, Aya's father is now living alone with the family's longtime pet cat, Mii-san. One evening, after a long day at work, Aya returns home and lies down on her bed, reflecting on the time her family spent together. She recalls the sadness she felt when her mother left for overseas and the comfort she found when her father brought home Mii-san. As she drifts into thought, she receives a phone call.
