Ricky fights to pull his struggling family out of debt by launching a grueling self‑employed delivery business, only to confront the relentless pressures that threaten to tear them apart.
Synopsis
Ricky and his family have faced ongoing financial difficulties since the 2008 financial crash. A potential turning point arises when they acquire a new van and begin operating a franchise as self-employed delivery drivers, offering a path toward greater independence. The work is demanding, and Ricky's wife also faces significant challenges in her job as a carer. While the family remains united, the strain of being pulled in different directions ultimately leads to a breaking point.
