Synopsis

Nick has lost everything. A brutal robbery has destroyed his life and his dreams, leaving him financially ruined with only a few hundred marks in his bank account. It is Advent time when his fortunes suddenly change—he wins the lottery, his account is filled with a large sum of money, and he meets the mysterious and life-hungry Eve. It seems almost like a fairy tale. Nick begins to blossom, feeling strong and on the winning side. But his supposed happiness dissolves overnight. Eve's demanding lovemaking and drug use drive Nick to commit a terrible act. He flees in a panic, and when he regains consciousness, he leads the police to the crime scene. But Eve has disappeared, and there is no evidence pointing to her. Nick follows the few traces she has left behind and immerses himself in a mysterious world of seduction and deception.

How many hands made this film

The scale of the collaboration

Principal cast & crew: 13

These are the principals we have on file — the full crew ran to the hundreds. Every film this size was made by far more hands than any credits list ever names.

Why a floor?

This is a minimum, not a total. We only count the credits we’ve captured so far, and coverage is uneven — a blockbuster might show a few hundred names while another of the same size shows a couple dozen. The real crews all ran into the thousands. The number here only grows as full credits are enriched — so we frame it as a floor, never a headcount.
