State of Siege

Synopsis
Philip Michael Santore, a U.S. official working for a counterinsurgency agency, is stationed in South America. He becomes a target of a local guerrilla group and is soon kidnapped. While in captivity, he is interrogated, revealing insights into the country's violent conflict. After the insurgents complete their questioning, they face the decision of whether to execute or release him.
