A desperate man turns to petty crime with his unpredictable friend to pay his niece's Harvard tuition, only to find himself in over his head when their harmless schemes spiral into chaos.

Synopsis
John and his girlfriend plan to marry once they save $30,000 for their dream house. However, when they reach their financial goal, John learns that his niece has been accepted to Harvard, reminding him of his promise to cover her tuition, which also totals nearly $30,000. With the help of his friend Duff, John considers turning to petty crime to raise the money, but Duff's reckless plans quickly spiral out of control.
