Synopsis
A brother and sister are separated after their parents die in a tragic tornado. He moves to Seattle to escape the painful memories, while she dedicates her life to studying storms and weather patterns. When she discovers that a powerful series of tornadoes is heading toward Seattle, she must convince her brother and the city that she is not mistaken and that they are in serious danger.
