Synopsis

Katherine "Kathy" Norris is married to businessman Greg Norris, and they live in his home with his 18-year-old daughter, Tara. When a charming young man named Jamie appears at their doorstep, claiming to be Tara's long-lost son, given up for adoption as a teenage mother under her parents' orders, the Norris family is initially delighted. Jamie says his adoptive parents died in a car accident and that he is now staying with them while pursuing business studies, much like Greg. He mentions having held various jobs to pay for his education, including time spent in Rio. While Kathy and Greg welcome Jamie warmly, Tara remains suspicious, as she does not wish to be his younger sister. She begins investigating inconsistencies in Jamie's story by going through his belongings and enlisting a friend to look into his past. Unbeknownst to the Norris family, Jamie has not revealed the existence of his lover, who supports him in his sinister hidden agenda.

How many hands made this film

The scale of the collaboration

Principal cast & crew: 22

These are the principals we have on file — the full crew ran to the hundreds. Every film this size was made by far more hands than any credits list ever names.

Why a floor?

This is a minimum, not a total. We only count the credits we’ve captured so far, and coverage is uneven — a blockbuster might show a few hundred names while another of the same size shows a couple dozen. The real crews all ran into the thousands. The number here only grows as full credits are enriched — so we frame it as a floor, never a headcount.
