Stranger Inside
Synopsis
After spending time in a juvenile detention center, Treasure is moved to an adult prison, where her mother, whom she has never met, is also incarcerated. Soon after arriving, Treasure meets Brownie, a gang leader serving a life sentence. Brownie reveals herself to be Treasure's mother and takes the girl under her protection, shielding her from the harsh realities of prison life. However, some members of Brownie's gang are resentful of Treasure's presence, which leads to escalating tensions and violence.
