Street Wanderers
Synopsis
In 2010, two rival Chinese mafia groups wage a hidden war within a silent, fearful immigrant community. As merchants are extorted and women are trafficked, a small family restaurant becomes the unlikely epicentre of the conflict. With the help of Officer Li and wiretaps in Cantonese, prosecutor Diana Belenguer launches a groundbreaking investigation. But when Xu, a mafia soldier, defies his clan to save a young victim, he becomes a target – hunted by his own brother. What begins as a wiretap case spirals into a high-stakes chase through Argentina’s criminal underworld.
