Suddenly Gina
Synopsis
Laurens is a secretary to the German Minister of Finance and is known for being extremely correct and conscientious. Though he is skilled with numbers, he is less confident when it comes to women. One day, he meets Gina, a young single woman sitting alone at a table. He forces himself to sit with her, and a hesitant conversation begins, marking the start of what seems to be an impossible love story that disrupts Laurens' orderly life. Over breakfast, Laurens invites Gina to accompany him to the G8 summit. There, Gina finds herself out of place in the world of politicians and business leaders. She is the only one to speak her mind, causing a stir. Laurens must choose between his career and the love of his life.
