Sunshine

Synopsis

Set fifty years into the future, Earth faces a dire threat as the sun begins to die, plunging the planet into arctic temperatures. An initial team of astronauts is dispatched with the mission to revive the sun, but their efforts end in failure. Seven years later, a second team is launched to complete the mission, now representing the final hope for humanity's survival.
