Supertramp: Live in Paris '79
Synopsis
Supertramp’s *Breakfast In America* was the world’s best-selling album in 1979. It produced several hit singles, won two Grammy Awards, and sold over 20 million copies. After the album’s release, Supertramp launched a 10-month world tour, which reached Paris at the end of November. The concert at the Pavillon de Paris was both filmed and recorded. The audio was later used as the foundation for the 1980 live album *Paris*, but the film was never released. Now, for the first time, the footage has been transferred and restored to full HD from the original 16mm film. The sound has been remixed in 5.1 by original sound engineer and co-producer Pete Henderson from the original multi-tracks. The performance showcases the band at their peak and is a significant recording for Supertramp fans.
