Surrender
Synopsis
The boy's parents brought him to the sanatorium due to his illness. He feels out of place among the other patients, as he believes his condition—only a sore neck—is not serious enough to warrant being there. Determined to distance himself from the other patients, he decides to build a raft and attempt to escape. However, his plan leads to a realization: perhaps he is not as different from the others as he thought.
