Süt
Synopsis
Yusuf, a high school graduate, was unable to pass the university entrance exam. His greatest passion is writing poetry, some of which has been published in obscure literary journals. However, neither his poetry nor the declining price of the milk he and his sister Zehra sell bring any real improvement to their lives. When Yusuf discovers that Zehra is having a secret affair with the town's stationmaster, he becomes deeply unsettled. The story follows Yusuf as he struggles to come to terms with his anxiety about an uncertain future, the rapid changes he is experiencing, and the emotional pain of transitioning into adulthood and leaving behind his youth.
