Synopsis

FBI agent Frank Lacrosse believes his son was kidnapped by a notorious serial killer and travels to Amarillo, Texas, where he suspects the murderer is hiding. Although officially removed from the case due to its personal connection, Frank continues his investigation, raising concerns for local sheriff Buck Olmstead. When another victim is discovered at a nearby car garage, Frank realizes he is closer than ever to capturing the elusive killer.
