Synopsis
Rogue agent Gabriel Shear is determined to obtain $9 billion stored in a secret Drug Enforcement Administration account. He intends to use the funds to combat terrorism but lacks the technical expertise to access the government's mainframe. Stanley Jobson, an unemployed encryption expert capable of infiltrating any system, becomes the key to achieving this goal.
