Synopsis

Veszprém has a handball team in which Cuban, Serbian, Croatian, Russian and Hungarian athletes fight with heart and soul for this beautiful town in Transdanubia. One of the best handball teams in the world, where it doesn't matter where you come from, where you were brought up, where everyone is first and foremost from Veszprém. It was also Marian Cozma, a Romanian who was killed on 8 February this year in a popular nightclub in the centre of the city. It was only by luck that two of his teammates and friends, Croatian Ivan Pesic and Serb Zarko Sesum, who came to his aid, survived the attack with serious injuries. The killers arrived with a gang of thirty people and it has not yet been established what they were doing there. No one understands and many are afraid. Most of all, they fear that anything can happen in this country.

How many hands made this film

The scale of the collaboration

Principal cast & crew: 13

These are the principals we have on file — the full crew ran to the hundreds. Every film this size was made by far more hands than any credits list ever names.

Why a floor?

This is a minimum, not a total. We only count the credits we’ve captured so far, and coverage is uneven — a blockbuster might show a few hundred names while another of the same size shows a couple dozen. The real crews all ran into the thousands. The number here only grows as full credits are enriched — so we frame it as a floor, never a headcount.
