Synopsis

Eun-ji is an idol trainee who is abandoned by her sponsor, Jin-tae, and returns to live with her sister, Sun-yeong. Joon-hwan, Eun-ji's first love, is now married to Sun-yeong and acts as a welcoming figure, while Sun-yeong treats Eun-ji like a child and fears she may repeat the mistakes of her past, when she gave up on her own idol dreams. Eun-ji and Sun-yeong frequently argue, and Joon-hwan consistently comforts Eun-ji. He also reveals to her, in secret, the reason he quit his job. Before Sun-yeong goes on a business trip for a week, she apologizes to Eun-ji and shares a moment with her involving two wooden dolls. Left alone together at home, Eun-ji tries to connect with Joon-hwan by showing him a scrapbook of his articles, which moves him and causes him to begin opening up to her. Eventually, the two cross a boundary that should not be crossed, and over time, they become increasingly entangled in each other.

How many hands made this film

The scale of the collaboration

Principal cast & crew: 4

These are the principals we have on file — the full crew ran to the hundreds. Every film this size was made by far more hands than any credits list ever names.

Why a floor?

This is a minimum, not a total. We only count the credits we’ve captured so far, and coverage is uneven — a blockbuster might show a few hundred names while another of the same size shows a couple dozen. The real crews all ran into the thousands. The number here only grows as full credits are enriched — so we frame it as a floor, never a headcount.
