Four pizza‑loving mutant turtles must race to secure the last can of the mysterious ooze before the villainous Shredder uses it to unleash an army of unstoppable mutants, risking their city and their own origins in a high‑octane battle for survival.

Synopsis
The Turtles and the Shredder clash again, this time over the final canister of ooze that originally created the Turtles; Shredder seeks to use it to form an army of new mutants. Meanwhile, Splinter is approaching a decision.
