Synopsis

In 2039, following a series of World Wars that devastated much of known civilization, governance of territories has shifted from national governments to powerful corporations. The most dominant among them is the Mishima Zaibatsu, which organizes the Tekken tournament as a means of distracting and placating the restless population of this dystopian world. In Tekken, fighters compete in a series of battles until only one remains standing.
