Synopsis
Robert Hansen, 34, is a young police officer from Copenhagen who is unwillingly transferred to the small town of Skarrild in Southern Jutland to serve as a substitute marshal. The transfer offers Robert an opportunity to start anew. His potential return to his position in Copenhagen depends entirely on his performance in this frontier town.
