Synopsis
A year after the Miles County massacre, Art the Clown is resurrected by a sinister entity. He returns to his hometown, determined to hunt down and kill teenagers Sienna and her younger brother Jonathan on Halloween. As more people die, the siblings struggle to survive while trying to uncover the true nature of Art's malevolent purpose.
