Synopsis
A girl receives a DVD titled *Terror Toons* for her birthday. At the same time, cartoon characters Hansel and Gretel enter the house of a witch, who poisons them. Rather than dying, they transform into a grotesque, giant-headed psycho and a giant rat, respectively. After the girl watches the DVD, Hansel and Gretel are drawn into the real world through her television and begin causing chaos.
