The 400 Blows
A restless Parisian teenager desperate to break free from his oppressive home and school hijacks a typewriter to fund his escape, only to be caught and thrust into a night behind bars where the stakes of his rebellion become starkly real.
“Angel faces hell-bent for violence.”
Synopsis
Antoine Doinel, a young boy from Paris, faces a series of challenging situations in his life. He is constantly dealing with inconsiderate adults, particularly his neglectful parents. Alongside his best friend, Rene, Antoine dreams of a better future and tries to devise plans to achieve it. However, when one of their schemes goes wrong, Antoine finds himself in legal trouble, which results in further conflicts with unsympathetic authority figures.

Why a floor?
This is a minimum, not a total. We only count the credits we’ve captured so far, and coverage is uneven — a blockbuster might show a few hundred names while another of the same size shows a couple dozen. The real crews all ran into the thousands. The number here only grows as full credits are enriched — so we frame it as a floor, never a headcount.

Every stage matters — pitch decks and treatments from development, location scouts and table-reads from pre-production, set photos and crew anecdotes from production, edit-bay notes from post, and press kits, festival memories, or marketing ephemera from distribution.
