“The Wonder Musical of the Future!”
Synopsis
Young Bart Collins lives with his widowed mother Heloise. He is required to take piano lessons from the autocratic Dr. Terwilliker, which he detests. Bart believes his mother has come under Terwilliker’s sinister influence and complains about it to plumber August Zabladowski, but receives little help. While laboriously practicing his lessons, Bart falls asleep and experiences a fantastical musical dream.
