Synopsis
Henry Howard is an ambitious young scientist working on a superhuman serum intended to increase muscle mass and extend life expectancy. His grumpy boss, General Darwin, refuses to allow Hank to marry his daughter, Hannah, until the experiment succeeds. Despite Darwin's objections, Hank proposes to Hannah, but his happiness is short-lived when a mugger steals his engagement ring. Devastated, Hank injects himself with the experimental serum and transforms into the Amazing Bulk. As the Bulk, he goes on a destructive rampage through the city. He is eventually captured by a determined detective, imprisoned by Darwin, and forced to battle the sadistic Dr. Kantlove, who possesses an arsenal of weapons and threatens to destroy the moon.
