Deaf teenage translator Paula must choose between her family's farm and a chance at stardom when her hidden singing talent lands her in a national competition, forcing her to confront loyalty, love, and the silence that defines her world.
Synopsis
The Bélier family is entirely deaf, with the exception of sixteen-year-old Paula, who serves as a crucial translator in her parents' daily lives, particularly in matters related to their family farm. When her music teacher recognizes her remarkable singing voice and encourages her to enter a major Radio France competition, the family's future begins to shift in significant ways.
