The Big Race
Synopsis
Set in 1952, the story centers on the "Peace Run," a three-day marathon promoted as a propaganda event for peace, with the winner to be awarded a new motorcycle by the country's president. The chief organizer is a ruthless manipulator determined to ensure that the race is won by a specific candidate. Two runners, Budny and Stolar, take part in the race, each motivated by their own distinct reasons.
