Synopsis

A summer camp caretaker suffers severe burns when a prank turns deadly. After years of intensive hospital treatment, he is released into society, though he retains some social impairments. What follows is a violent killing spree as the caretaker returns to his former camp to confront one of the youths responsible for the accident.
