Synopsis
In a remote town, a ruthless sheriff is known for his cruel practice of luring speeders to their deaths on treacherous mountain roads. When one of these victims is revealed to be the brother of a determined individual, the latter arrives in town in his high-speed car to uncover the truth behind his sibling's demise.
