The Children of an Lac
Synopsis
The film is based on the true story of actress Ina Balin and her collaboration with American Red Cross volunteer Betty Tisdale, along with a compassionate Vietnamese woman who ran an orphanage in Saigon. Together, they worked to rescue and evacuate as many children as possible from the country before the fall of South Vietnam in the spring of 1975, as part of the An Lac baby-lift.
