Synopsis
Three delegates from Sweden, Norway, and Finland meet in Lapland to determine which artwork should be placed at the border where their countries meet. However, the committee is in for a surprise. They must navigate the challenge of making a democratic decision: is there something on which they can agree to represent a true Nordic movement?
