Synopsis
Sent to Mexico to care for his aging superior, Father Benito, young priest Father Amaro faces a moral dilemma when he becomes involved with a 16-year-old girl. At the same time, the girl's mother has been having an affair with Father Benito. Torn between his religious vows and his desires, Father Amaro must decide whether to pursue a life of holiness or give in to sin.
