Synopsis
Gerda Wegener asks her husband Einar to serve as a portrait model, and through this, Einar discovers the identity she has long felt within and begins living as Lili Elbe. With Gerda's support, Lili embraces her true self and becomes one of the first known transgender women in history, embarking on a pioneering journey that challenges societal norms of the time.
