Synopsis
For ten years, engineer Bill Markham has searched tirelessly for his son Tommy, who disappeared near the edge of the Brazilian rainforest. He eventually finds the boy living among a reclusive Amazon tribe that has adopted him. Bill's true adventure begins when he discovers that Tommy has grown into a skilled tribesman, navigating the beautiful but dangerous terrain with ease and fearing only those who would exploit it. As Bill attempts to "rescue" his son from the jungle, Tommy challenges Bill's views on civilization and questions who truly needs to be rescued.
