When a government sanctions a 12‑hour night of lawlessness to test a social experiment, a determined community member must survive the unleashed violence and prevent it from spiraling into a nationwide purge.

Synopsis
To reduce the crime rate to below one percent for the remainder of the year, the New Founding Fathers of America conduct an experiment based on a sociological theory that suggests releasing aggression through one night of controlled violence in an isolated community. However, when the aggression of the oppressors collides with the fury of the oppressed, the resulting chaos spills beyond the trial city's boundaries and escalates into a nationwide outbreak.
