The Flying Mouse
Synopsis
To the tune "I Would Like to Be a Bird," a young mouse creates wings from two leaves, much to the amusement of his brothers when his attempts to fly fail. After rescuing a butterfly from a spider, he discovers it is actually a fairy, who grants him his wish for wings. However, his bat-like appearance makes it difficult for him to fit in with either the birds or the other mice, leaving him friendless; even the bats mock him. Written by Jon Reeves.
