Synopsis
In *All the Rules Are Broken*, a radical faction of lawless marauders seizes control of the annual Purge, refusing to abide by its usual 12-hour limit and instead declaring it should continue indefinitely. They target a group of immigrants, seeking to exact punishment rooted in the harsh historical treatment they believe the group has endured.
