The Frankenstein Theory
Synopsis
After being suspended from his university position due to his unconventional theories, Professor John Venkenheim takes a documentary film crew to the Arctic Circle in an attempt to restore his academic credibility. Venkenheim believes that Mary Shelley's "Frankenstein" is not a work of fiction, but a disguised account of real events. In the remote, icy terrain, he and his team seek the legendary creature described in the story, a being shrouded in mystery and violence. What they uncover is a horrifying reality far more disturbing than any fictional tale—a nightmare with no escape.
