A shy shoemaking student skips school to sketch in a rainy garden, where he strikes an unlikely bond with a mysterious older woman—both racing against the end of the season to discover what they truly need from each other.
Synopsis
Takao, a student training to become a shoemaker, skips school to sketch shoes in a Japanese-style garden, where he meets Yukino, a mysterious woman older than himself. Without setting specific times, the two begin to meet repeatedly, but only on rainy days. Their relationship gradually deepens as they open up to each other. However, the end of the rainy season is approaching.
