The Gendarme Gets Married
Synopsis
The Saint-Tropez police initiate a large-scale campaign targeting reckless drivers. Marechal Cruchot, portrayed by Louis de Funès, eagerly embraces the mission, pursuing it with frenetic enthusiasm. Cruchot is in pursuit of a law-breaking motorist, who is revealed to be Josépha (Claude Gensac), the widow of a highly respected police colonel. Upon meeting, Cruchot experiences an immediate infatuation with her.
