A charismatic factory owner will stop at nothing to win a prestigious business award, manipulating and bending the lives of his employees to maintain his image of perfection.
Synopsis
Julio Blanco owns Baśculas Blanco, a Spanish company that manufactures industrial scales in a provincial town. The company is preparing for an imminent visit from a committee that will determine whether it is worthy of a local Business Excellence award, and everything must be in perfect order by the time they arrive. With time running short, Blanco goes to great lengths to resolve problems with his employees, often crossing ethical and practical boundaries in the process.
