Synopsis
Callum Crane, a lawyer aspiring to become a federal judge, jeopardizes his prospects for a judgeship by forcing himself on his secretary and then attempts to have her murdered. He commissions the killing to a young man who is later revealed to be his son, Nathan. Nathan declines to carry out the murder but informs several people, one of whom subsequently tries to assume the task.
