Synopsis

In a not too distant future, water has become the most valuable commodity in the galaxy. The last surviving water planet was mysteriously relocated to the unreachable center of the galaxy following the end of the galactic trade wars. The galaxy is now governed by an evil emperor who oversees a trade oligarchy responsible for controlling the mining and sale of ice from asteroids and comets.
