Synopsis

Set during the waning days of the Civil War, this reimagined American Western follows Augusta, a Southern woman who encounters two rogue, inebriated soldiers engaged in a campaign of plunder and brutality. After narrowly escaping an assault, Augusta hurries back to her secluded farmhouse, where she lives with her sister Louise and their enslaved woman, Mad. When the soldiers return, determined to seek vengeance, the three women are compelled to take up arms to protect their home. As the attacks intensify and grow increasingly erratic, they must rely on ingenuity and resolve to defend themselves against their relentless attackers.
