The Killing of a Chinese Bookie
A down-on-his-luck Hollywood cabaret owner is forced by a mobster to assassinate a protected bookie, trapping him in a deadly game of loyalty, greed, and survival.
Synopsis
Cosmo Vittelli owns a run-down, seedy cabaret in Hollywood, where he runs peepshow operations featuring female performers. He has a genuine fondness for both the strippers and the employees who help maintain his dilapidated venue. However, his life is complicated by a serious gambling addiction, which has previously landed him in trouble. After losing a large sum at an underground casino operated by mobster Mort, Cosmo finds himself in a dangerous predicament.

Why a floor?
This is a minimum, not a total. We only count the credits we’ve captured so far, and coverage is uneven — a blockbuster might show a few hundred names while another of the same size shows a couple dozen. The real crews all ran into the thousands. The number here only grows as full credits are enriched — so we frame it as a floor, never a headcount.
