The Last Days

Synopsis
Five Jewish Hungarians, now U.S. citizens, share their experiences: life before March 1944, when the Nazis began the extermination of Hungarian Jews; their time in concentration camps; and revisiting their childhood homes more than 50 years later. Among them are an historian, a Sonderkommando member, a doctor who conducted experiments on Auschwitz prisoners, and U.S. soldiers who participated in the liberation in April 1945.
