Synopsis
A seasoned detective investigates a ruthless killer targeting prostitutes along West Hollywood's Sunset Strip. The murderer's methods closely mirror those of London's infamous 19th-century serial killer Jack the Ripper, who was never captured. The detective also discovers similarities between the current crimes and those of a serial murderer who was imprisoned years ago, raising the possibility that the wrong man may be in custody.
