The Man I Love
Synopsis
This is a coming-out and first love story. The swimmer and diver Lucard is interested in Martin, who is attractive. The film follows the characters through the process of coming out, including its challenges, the bittersweet joys of first love, and the painful moment when one returns to reality and recognizes that one's beloved friend still has a difficult journey ahead. The positive message the film conveys is the somewhat common motto "Live each day of your life as if it were your last."
